GENERAL INFORMATION
GT GROUP reaffirms its commitment to building a culture of inclusion and accessibility. Ensuring access for all is essential to our continued growth and competitiveness as an employer in the transportation sector.
We recognize that creating a barrier-free environment takes time, and we are committed to continuously identifying, removing, and preventing barriers.
This 2026–2029 update follows the initial publication of the Accessibility Plan (“Plan”). It does not replace the Plan but constitutes an update in accordance with the requirements of the Accessible Canada Act and its regulations.
This update aims to:
- Report on progress made since the publication of the Plan;
- Clarify adjustments made to the Plan;
- Strengthen priority actions for the next three-year cycle;
The Plan guides our organization in achieving our accessibility commitments and fostering a culture of trust and inclusiveness. To do so, it is essential to recognize and understand the needs of persons with disabilities.
This Plan was developed in consultation with employees and external partners.
Reporting on Our Plan
As required by the Accessible Canada Act, we will publish an annual progress report measuring our performance against our accessibility commitments. We will also review and update our Accessibility Plan every three (3) years. Progress reports and updates will be guided by consultations with employees and partners.
