ACCESSIBILITY PLAN
GT GROUP is committed to building a culture of inclusion and accessibility. Ensuring access for all is essential to our continued growth and competitiveness as an employer in the transportation sector.
We understand that creating a barrier-free environment takes time, and we are committed to identifying, removing, and preventing barriers on an ongoing basis.
This Accessibility Plan (“Plan”) will guide our organization in achieving our accessibility commitments and in creating a culture of trust and inclusivity. To achieve this, it is important to recognize and understand the needs of people with disabilities.
This is why this Plan was developed in consultation with employees and external partners.

REPORT ON OUR PLAN
As required by the Accessible Canada Act, we will publish an annual progress report that measures our progress in meeting our accessibility commitments. We will also review and update our Accessibility Plan every three (3) years. Progress reports and updates to our Plan will be guided by consultations with our employees and partners.

During the development of the Accessibility Plan, we did not receive any comments, complaints, or feedback on this topic.
We are committed to raising awareness and reminding all employees that they are encouraged to disclose their disability status in a safe and confidential manner, so we can take the necessary steps to accommodate their needs in the workplace.

BUILT ENVIRONMENT

The “Built Environment” domain ensures that workspaces and the work environment are accessible to all.
We did not receive any comments, complaints, or feedback on this topic. Employees who participated in consultations expressed satisfaction with the spaces designed for persons with disabilities in our workplace. They also indicated that they knew they could contact the appropriate personnel at any time to request accommodation based on their needs.
Nonetheless, we will aim to assess our facilities to identify any potential accessibility barriers in our built environment.

INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES (ICT)

“ICT” refers to the tools used to send, store, create, share, or exchange information.
We did not receive any comments, complaints, or feedback on this topic. We use various systems and technologies in our operations and are committed to assessing them to identify accessibility barriers. We will also stay informed about the accessibility features, options, and technologies related to ICT. Based on feedback, we will develop initiatives to remove identified barriers as needed.

COMMUNICATIONS OTHER THAN ICT

This domain requires the organization to provide barrier-free access to the public, clients, and employees for all communications the company produces for these audiences.
We did not receive any comments, complaints, or feedback on this topic. Upon request, we will ensure that communications covered by applicable laws and regulations are provided in alternative formats and within the required timeframes. Based on received feedback, we will also work on eliminating identified barriers if necessary.

PROCUREMENT OF GOODS, SERVICES, AND FACILITIES

The “Procurement” domain ensures that accessibility is considered from the start of the purchasing process.
We did not receive any comments, complaints, or feedback on this topic. To promote accessibility in the procurement of goods, services, and facilities, we will aim to integrate accessibility considerations into procurement documents. Feedback will also help us develop additional measures to address identified barriers if needed.

DESIGN AND DELIVERY OF PROGRAMS AND SERVICES

To date, we have not received any comments, complaints, or feedback on this topic. Nevertheless, we will consider developing tools such as guidelines or checklists to help incorporate accessibility considerations during the development or review of our policies, programs, and services. Based on feedback, we will develop initiatives to eliminate identified barriers as needed.

TRANSPORTATION

GT GROUP does not coordinate a transportation system or a fleet of transportation vehicles as defined by the Accessible Canada Act (i.e., passenger transport). Therefore, transportation standards are not included in this Plan.

CONSULTATIONS AND OBJECTIVES FOR JUNE 2026

In developing the Plan, we consulted our employees and gathered feedback from external partners through surveys and notices inviting interested individuals to share their accessibility-related comments.
We will continue to consult our employees and partners as we work toward our accessibility commitments. We encourage anyone with questions or comments to use our feedback process to help us achieve our objectives.
